Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not directly accept insurance. We made the decision to opt out of insurance contracts in order to provide the highest quality care to our clients, free from the constraints and limitations of insurance guidelines.
By not accepting insurance, we are able to focus solely on what’s best for you—our client—rather than being restricted by what insurance companies will cover. This approach allows us to spend as much time with you as needed to address your specific needs, ensuring that your treatment is tailored to you, rather than being limited by time restrictions or treatment protocols set by insurance providers.
This means more personalized care, better outcomes, and more efficient treatment sessions. You will get the most out of each session, with less time spent on paperwork and more time focused on your recovery.
How Can I Use My Insurance?
While we don't accept insurance directly, many of our clients are still able to use their out-of-network benefits to help cover the cost of treatment. We recommend calling your insurance company (the number on the back of your insurance card) to ask: “What are my out-of-network occupational therapy benefits?”
We’re happy to provide any necessary information and receipts, such as a Superbill, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance with the process—we’re here to help!
